How we work with the NDIS: We provide care for NDIS clients who are managing a care package and receiving NDIS funding.

…My heart is overflowing with love and gratitude for these beautiful women, Susannah, Sue, Marie, and particularly Kate, who as a young vibrant woman showed such love, compassion and genuine care for Norman and our family. Also Kim who there when Norman died. She silently and gracefully nurtured Norman, me, our son James and my step daughters Kim and Lisa through this life changing experience. These beautiful women have compassion, empathy and grace to the highest level. It was like having angels in our home. OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
All of our staff are qualified (current or retired) Division 1 Nurses who show love for their profession and compassion for their clients. Many have held senior roles as trainers, managers and directors.
We are very proud of our exacting selection process with staff.
Rather than just accept verbal or written testimonials, we meet referees personally.
We are also the only organisation of our kind to interview prospective staff in their own homes. We find this process enables Call on Clare to select the very best caring staff who are proud to be a member of a truly superior team.
